A Mexican Fighter (obviously an Stryker clone) - was nothing more than an April Fool's Day joke published on Computer & Video Games Magazine in 1996.
Description says he wears "disgusting clothes" (i probably would say he just jumped on a urine pool or just threw up on his shirt cause i don't see any disgusting clothes here) and unlike Stryker he doesn't carry a gun or a baton, no hat and has a funny moustache.
His moves are "Jumping Fire Kick" and a "Fireball" (probably a fart fireball)
He also has a fatality which is the same as Sub-Zero's "Freeze Blow" fatality.
